Meet the Team: Markus Brückner

Markus Brückner has been a valued member of our team since July 2024, bringing with him a wealth of practical experience and deep technical expertise.

With many years of hands-on work as a Cimatron user, Markus offers a strong foundation in CAD design, electrode creation, and CAM programming, all of which play a critical role in supporting our customers’ day-to-day operations.

His real-world experience allows him to understand the challenges users face and provide solutions that are not only technically sound but also practical and efficient in a production environment. Markus is particularly skilled at bridging the gap between software capabilities and real manufacturing needs, helping customers get the most out of their Cimatron investment.

In addition to his role in customer support, Markus leads classroom training sessions where he shares his knowledge in a clear, structured, and engaging way. His ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner makes him a highly effective instructor for users at all levels of experience.

Markus is also frequently called upon to deliver customized on-site training, where he works directly with customers to address their specific workflows, challenges, and goals. This hands-on approach ensures that training is immediately applicable and delivers measurable value.
