Danny Haran joined Cimatron in November 2003 after having been employed by Comverse (Nasdaq:CMVT) where he held several senior management positions, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of the Intelligent Network Division. Prior to Comverse, Danny managed Medcon Systems, an Israeli-based start-up company.
Mr. Haran holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion Institute, M.Sc. from the Weitzman Institute, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Mr. Erez joined Cimatron in 2005. From 1998 to 2005 Mr. Erez served as the Chief Financial Officer of Silicom Ltd., a NASDAQ listed company engaged in the design, manufacturing and selling of server-networking products. He also served as Silicom’s VP Operations from 2001 to 2005. Prior to joining Silicom, Mr. Erez served as the Controller and Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of Bio-Dar Ltd.
Mr. Erez is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel and holds a B.A in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an LL.M. in Business Law from Bar-Ilan University.

Ira Bareket joined Cimatron in January 2006. Before joining Cimatron, Mr. Bareket was an executive director at Smile-on Ltd, a UK-based e-learning solution provider to dental healthcare professionals. Prior to that, Mr. Bareket worked for Interwise, a global provider of Enterprise Communications Platform software, first as a business development director, then as a Chief Operations Officer for Interwise Europe, and finally as Interwise-UK Managing Director.

Kobi Roserwasser joined Cimatron as Sales Manager in January 2004. Prior to joining Cimatron, Mr. Rosenwasser served as the VP Sales & Marketing  of Green Power Technologies, a developer of power management silicon semiconductors that he founded together with a group of electronic researchers, and he is one of the shareholders of this company. Prior to that, Kobi was VP Sales & Marketing of the Payton Group, the worldwide leader of Planar Magnetics.

Mr. Sterenthal brings to Cimatron over 15 years of experience in software systems design, development and implementation with extensive experience in product and project management. Prior to Cimatron, Mr. Sterenthal was a Director of R&D at Savantis Inc (specialized in database grid-server management). Previous to Savantis, Mr. Sterenthal led an engineering organization as VP R&D at Excedo Technologies, a startup company in the business intelligent market.
Before Excedo, Roy held senior positions at AMDOCS (Nasdaq:DOX).
Mr. Sterenthal holds a BA in Computer Science and Economy and an MBA in Technology Management and Information Systems from the Recanati faculty in Tel-Aviv University.

William (Bill) F. Gibbs is the founder of Gibbs and Associates, the makers of GibbsCAM. With a bachelor of science degree in computer science, Mr. Gibbs worked as a mechanical design engineer from 1972 to 1978. From 1978 through 1982, he designed his first CAM system as vice president of software development for his employer at that time. He started Gibbs and Associates as a contract programming service for CNC part programming in 1982, and developed the first CAM software with a graphic user interface in 1984, on the Macintosh computer. GibbsCAM, the second generation Gibbs software, was first released in 1993 on the Windows platform. Fifteen years later, in 2008, Mr. Gibbs merged his company with Cimatron. Today, he is president of Gibbs and Associates, president of Cimatron North America, and vice chairman of Cimatron Limited.
